Dr. Zurab Ivanishvili has obtained his BSc degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria and his medical degree from the University of British Columbia, BC. He completed his Neurosurgical Residency training in Saskatchewan, and Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery Fellowship training at Vancouver General Hospital with Dr. Christopher Honey. In addition, he spent one year at Victoria General Hospital on Vancouver Island as a Fellow in Spine and General Neurosurgery. Presently, he practices general neurosurgery at Royal Columbian Hospital, which includes conditions related to brain, spine and peripheral nerves.
