Summary

Dr. Navjot Chaudhary, MD, FRCSC, received her medical degree in 2007 from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. She then completed her Neurosurgery Residency in 2013 at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario followed by Fellowships in Spine Surgery and CyberKnife Radiosurgery at Stanford University in California. Following Fellowship, Dr. Chaudhary joined the Department of Neurosurgery at Stanford University as a Clinical Assistant Professor in 2015. Upon moving back to Canada in 2019, she joined the UBC Department of Neurosurgery as a Clinical Instructor.

Dr. Chaudhary is a member of Women in Neurosurgery (WINS), the Congress of Neurological Surgeons (CNS), the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS), the Canadian Neurological Sciences Federation (CNSF), and the Canadian Pain Society (CPS).

Her research interests include surgical outcomes. She has co-authored dozens of textbook chapters and research articles relating to brain tumors, vascular malformations, epilepsy, traumatic brain and spine injury management.
